How to refund and item |

| Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@corozobuttons.com regarding your refund. Please include in your e-mail: customer number, item number, contact information, and explain reason for return. We will respond to you within 24 hours. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which needs to be visible on the return packaging. Returns without an RMA# may be denied or subject to higher restocking fees. | ||

| Upon arrival at the Corozo Buttons business all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. Please note that this is also subject to the 14 day limit for returns. | ||

| If for any reason you wish to return or exchange the new items you purchased from us, you may also do so within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Please Note: Corozo Buttons will accept returns of open packages as long as there are no missing items. Returns and exchanges in unopened (new) package conditions are not subject to a restocking fee, however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns in opened or otherwise altered packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. | ||
| Corozo Buttons reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges of items which show signs of abuse or excessive wear. | ||
